EPDA’S ACCESS 2020 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Registration is now open for EDPA ACCESS 2020, December 1-3, 2020. This year, ACCESS will be a true hybrid event. We are designing ACCESS2020 to be an environment, live or virtual, for exploring the issues we are now facing. The live portion of ACCESS 2020 will be held December 1- 3 at the La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

Few industries are experiencing greater long-term damage from the coronavirus pandemic than the live events industry.

Every significant trade show, exhibition, and conference event scheduled for the rest of 2020 has been cancelled.

Established in 1954, EDPA has provided leadership and advocacy through good times and bad, giving its members an unbroken sense of strength and connectedness.

Reopening the exhibitions industry is not a passive activity. I am so proud of the way our members have stepped up to be proactive in many different areas, which will help to make reopening happen sooner rather than later. I think we were all excited and happy to see that CES plans to be a live show in January 2021.

The EDPA and its member companies realize that our future depends on equality and diversity. As an association, we support calling out and eradicating systemic racism in this country and around the world.
