Event Title: Pre-Randy Sox Game

Location: Rate Field (White Sox Stadium • 400 E Orchard St. Itasca, IL.
Event Description: Start Chicago Week with a swing! EDPA Midwest invites you to a night at the ballpark as the White Sox take on the Houston Astros. Stay cool and enjoy free food in our private gameday suite skybox!

Recommended arrival time to the ballpark is by 1:30 PM with 2:10 PM game start time. Please make sure to enter through Gate 4.

Date: Sunday, August 23rd to Tuesday, August 25th 
Event Highlights:
Welcome Reception: Join us for an evening of networking on August 23rd.
Golf Tournament: Tee off with fellow members with a four-man scramble on August 24th
Masterclass Educational Sessions: Enhance your industry knowledge and learn more about international events on August 25th.

This event is open to all EDPA and IFES members. You can choose to participate in either the golf tournament, the Masterclass, or both events.

Event Title: EDPA Classic Golf Outing
Date: August 31st, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: Cyprian Keyes – Boylston, MA
Description: Whether you're registering a foursome, joining as an individual golfer, or promoting your company through one of our sponsorship opportunities, The Classic offers a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, make new connections, and support an important industry cause.
This year, proceeds from the outing will benefit the Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic Fund.

For more than two decades, the Randy Smith Fund has provided financial and emotional support to families in the exhibition and events industry who have experienced severe tragedies or are facing overwhelming medical expenses. The fund embodies the spirit of our industry-bringing people together to support colleagues and their families when they need it most.

We are proud to support an organization that continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many within our community.
