The Mountain/Northwest Chapter gathered for a volunteer opportunity at MetroCaring; a food pantry that serves their clients in a market style visit where they find free fresh vegetables, proteins along with an assortment of canned goods and breads. Picture shows Jenny Koehn, Rebecca Thompson, Nicole Klein, along with a strong show of muscle from the Condit team.
The Chapter will be collecting high demand items that are in short supply such as toilet paper, hygiene products, toiletries and laundry detergent through December 21st. Email Nicole Klein if you would like to participate - Nklein@exhibitexpressions.com

Event Description: Join us on Thursday, November 13, 5:00–8:00 PM at Skeleton Key Brewery for the grand finale of the 2025 Design Challenge. Meet the senior graphic design students from Carthage College, explore their creative process, and see their final presentations—from concept to execution. Come mingle with students, faculty, and industry peers over great beer and creative conversation as we celebrate the next generation of design talent.

Event Title: 2025 Whitney Elementary School Holiday Food Drive

Description: Help EDPA Las Vegas provide 100 Thanksgiving Turkey Meal Boxes/Bags to the students and families of Whitney Elementary School. Volunteers are also needed!

Event Title: Annual Women in Experiential Breakfast at EDPA ACCESS

Description: Join us Wednesday, December 3, 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM, for the annual Women In Experiential (WIE) Breakfast at EDPA Access. Enjoy meaningful conversation, light breakfast, and the chance to give back alongside fellow women shaping the experiential industry.
This year, we’re thrilled to partner with Front Porch Beads, a local charitable organization based on Amelia Island, Florida. Every Front Porch Beads piece is handcrafted by volunteers, with proceeds supporting local 501(c)(3) charities chosen by the artisans themselves.
During the breakfast, attendees will have the opportunity to make two bracelets — one to keep and one to donate — all while learning more about the inspiring mission behind Front Porch Beads.
Registration is free, but we kindly ask that you register in advance so we can best prepare for our friends from Front Porch Beads and ensure supplies for all participants. We can’t wait to see you there — bright and early, beads in hand!
