Event Description: Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important part of how exhibits and live events are designed, produced, and delivered. But what does meaningful sustainability look like in practice—and how can our industry turn good intentions into real, achievable action?
Join EDPA Northeast for an engaging conversation with industry leaders who are putting sustainable strategies into practice today. This 45-minute moderated panel will explore practical ways companies can reduce waste, make smarter material and design choices, extend the life of event materials, and collaborate more effectively across the event lifecycle—all while balancing creativity, performance, and budget.
The discussion will cover sustainable exhibit design and fabrication, reusable flooring, waste reduction, sustainable graphics and textiles, recycling programs, and opportunities to create a more circular events industry. Panelists will share what they’re seeing in the market, what’s working today, and simple changes organizations can begin making now.
