New leadership partnership combines entrepreneurial vision and executive expertise to support the company's long-term future.

Crepes à Latte, a nationally recognized experiential hospitality company serving the trade show and events industry, announced the appointment of Robin Cardoso as President. The appointment reflects an intentional investment in leadership, bringing together complementary strengths and capabilities to support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term success.

Robin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning hospitality, customer experience, organizational leadership, and business transformation. She has held executive leadership roles at Starbucks, WeWork, and Crafty, building high-performing teams, strengthening customer-focused organizations, and developing the capabilities needed to deliver exceptional experiences at scale.

For CEO Hailey Rosenstein, the appointment reflects a deliberate approach to organizational design while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and people-first culture that have defined Crepes à Latte.

“Crepes à Latte has always been about more than what we serve. It's about how we make people feel, the relationships we build, and the culture we create together,” said Hailey. “Robin brings exceptional experience and a genuine appreciation for our entrepreneurial spirit. Our strengths are complementary, and I'm excited about what we'll build together.”

Leadership Designed for the Future

The partnership combines Hailey's entrepreneurial vision, industry expertise, creativity, and commitment to employee ownership with Robin's experience building disciplined, customer-focused organizations. Together, Hailey and Robin will lead the company's strategic direction, aligning long-term vision, business priorities, and organizational capabilities to create opportunities for clients, partners, and employee-owners.

As President, Robin will lead day-to-day operations, organizational development, talent strategy, client experience, and the systems that support consistent execution. As CEO, Hailey will continue to lead innovation, industry relationships, key partnerships, and new business opportunities. Their complementary strengths bring together entrepreneurial ingenuity, operational excellence, and shared strategic leadership to build an enduring organization.

“What attracted me to Crepes à Latte was its culture, its people, and the opportunity to build on something already special,” said Robin. “I'm excited to partner with Hailey and our employee-owners to build on that foundation and create new opportunities for our clients and team.”

An Employee-Owned Legacy

Founded by Michael and Hailey Rosenstein, Crepes à Latte has grown from an entrepreneurial idea into a nationally recognized experiential hospitality company serving trade shows, corporate events, and branded environments.

Today, Crepes à Latte is 100% employee-owned through its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving the people who help build the business a meaningful stake in its long-term success. Employee ownership reinforces the company's culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, and shared success.

“We have talented people, strong client relationships, and a shared commitment to hospitality,” said Hailey. “Adding Robin's leadership is an investment in that foundation, and in building a company that will create opportunities for generations to come.”
