The Exhibitor Advocate Welcomes Three Industry Leaders to Board of Directors

The Exhibitor Advocate, the only nonprofit association wholly dedicated to the success of trade show exhibitors, today announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. Effective January 1, 2026, Erin Elflein, Brooke Neus, and Joe Federbush join the Board, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to providing unbiased, data-driven support for exhibitors.

These industry leaders were elected to three-year terms, with the option of re-election. Their diverse expertise spanning trade show management, sustainability, and event strategy will help advance The Exhibitor Advocate’s mission of amplifying the exhibitor’s voice across the industry.

Their direct exhibiting experience will be invaluable in keeping our finger on the pulse of the industry. Joe Federbush has been a partner to our organization since our inception, and his deep expertise in industry data and insights will strengthen our data-driven focus.”

Erin Elflein serves as Experiential Marketing Manager for Watts Brand, bringing 24 years of experience executing successful trade show strategies. Having previously served on The Exhibitor Advocate’s Advisory Board and Education Committee, Elflein is committed to sharing best practices that help exhibitors navigate the complexities of the trade show floor and generate value from their investments.

Brooke Neus, a leader in exhibit program implementation at Medtronic, joins the Board with deep expertise in process improvement and integrated solutions. Known for driving efficient, results-oriented programs, Neus is also a passionate advocate for sustainability. She aims to help lead a shift toward smarter, more responsible approaches in branded experiences and exhibit design.

Joe Federbush, President and Chief Strategist of EVOLIO, contributes more than 25 years of event strategy and measurement expertise. Having collaborated with renowned brands and leading trade shows, Federbush specializes in actionable insights that empower exhibitors to maximize Return on Investment and Return on Experience. His long-standing partnership with The Exhibitor Advocate will help ensure the organization remains grounded in rigorous industry data.
