Throughout her career at Kubik, Vickie has demonstrated a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to client service. From account management to client relations, she has helped deliver outstanding results for global brands including Nissan, Nike, HP, and many others.

In 2023, Vickie became the first female executive to join Kubik’s C-suite, setting a powerful precedent for inclusive leadership. Her strategic vision and people-first approach have consistently elevated the company’s impact, driving brand loyalty and meaningful audience engagement.

In her new role as COO, Vickie will oversee day-to-day operations, guide the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment as Kubik continues to grow and innovate.
