Call for Presentations - EDPA ACCESS Annual Conference
We invite you to submit your presentation proposal for consideration at EDPA's ACCESS Annual Conference. The conference is designed for business leaders and owners within the event and exhibition industry, offering a unique platform to exchange high-level insights and innovative ideas.
Conference Details:
Audience Profile: Our conference is attended by successful, well-established business professionals. The attendees primarily consist of experienced leaders and owners in the event and exhibition industry.
Presentation Level: Given the expertise of our attendees, we recommend presentations to be at an advanced level, addressing the unique challenges and interests of seasoned industry professionals.
Presentation Duration: Typically, presentations should be designed to fit a 45-minute format with 15-minutes for Q&A.
Session Size: While the conference itself attracts around 300 attendees, the workshop sessions may vary in size.
Submission Guidelines:
Your presentation should address relevant topics and challenges within the exhibition and events industry; or in the business world. Proposals should be clear and concise, outlining the objectives, content, and key takeaways that attendees can implement in their professional roles. Interactive and engaging presentation formats are highly encouraged to promote active participation and knowledge-sharing among attendees. Each submission will be evaluated based on relevance, uniqueness of content, clarity of objectives, and the potential value it provides to attendees.
All proposals will undergo a review process by our ACCESS planning committee. Upon acceptance, further instructions and details will be provided to successful applicants. Kindly note that submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection, and we appreciate your understanding and effort in this collaborative process.
