Jonna, a former Chief of Disguise in the CIA’s Office of Technical Service, retired in 1993.  Today, a dedicated author and keynote speaker, Jonna enjoys sharing her incredible stories with audiences around the world.  Early in her career, Jonna was identified as a future leader and potential senior operative for the CIA. She went through a training process that prepared her for a career unlike any other.  She earned the CIA’s Intelligence Commendation Medal, which included operational disguise responsibilities in the most hostile theaters of the Cold War, from Havana to Beijing to Moscow and ultimately into the Oval Office. 

Dr. Tracey Wilen, a researcher and speaker on the impact of technology on society, work, and careers, will address The Future of Work. Workers and the workplace are changing like never before, and Dr. Wilen will share her insights to help us understand the changing work environment, including key trends that impact jobs, the new skills necessary to remain relevant today, how to embrace new technologies, and how to manage your career in a digital world.
