July Newsletter

Email_2020_Headers_July.jpg

We’re halfway through the year--without a doubt, the most challenging year our industry has ever experienced. The fight to remain relevant in a turbulent environment, combined with the need to deliver new solutions to our clients, and take care of our employees, has been intense. Nevertheless, we keep moving forward, and I have never been so proud of anything as I am of the effort EDPA is making to address the concerns of our membership.

Like every other July, we are beginning the preparations for EDPA ACCESS 2020.  I’m excited to announce that we are planning a hybrid event for this December.  We remain committed to face-to-face and will be hosting our annual meeting in person, as well as offering a virtual component. The look and feel will undoubtedly be different, conversations will be unprecedented, and the networking will be more critical than ever. We will make every effort to ensure that the meeting content addresses the issues that are top of mind for our industry at that time.

So mark your calendars for December 1-3, 2020. Our live ACCESS will be in San Antonio at the La Cantera Resort, and tickets will go on sale at the beginning of September.  We will also have more information soon about what our virtual component will look like for those of you who are unable to travel. I know we will emerge from this period stronger and most robust than ever!  We have to hang in there!
