Coordinator of Creative Services
We are currently seeking a highly organized professional with proven experience in workflow management and logistical operations of a creative design environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and resource management for this seasoned creative group. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least three years experience in the operations of a creative environment, preferably in the exhibit industry or related field. Strong working knowledge of MAC computer programs, FileMaker Pro, Office, Acrobat, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office is required for success in this position. This is not a designer position.
