New England Chapter Update
The 2nd Annual Rally at the Alley in Boston, an annual fundraiser in support of the RSMGC, drew more than 70 people at last week’s event. The fundraiser raised 140% than previous years!
The 2nd Annual Rally at the Alley, part of the RSMGC (Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic), will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at the Lucky Strike Lanes in Boston, MA. The Rally at the Alley began in 2005 as one of the ancillary events to benefit the families of the RSMGC. This year’s bowl-a-thon, as part of the Randy Smith Memorial, will continue that tradition by benefiting the family of Joe Murphy. Joe, founder and president of Planview Exhibits, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on January 2, 2006. Joe, who was 44, is survived by daughters Amanda Marie Powers age 22, Mckayla Murphy age 12, and Meghan Murphy age 10; as well as granddaughter Addison Powers, age 18 months. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit his daughters and granddaughter.
Registration will begin February 13th. For more information on our event or to register, please visit our website at www.rallyatthealley.com. This event is being brought to you by the RSMGC and with the assistance of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association of New England (EDPA of NE), the Trade Show Exhibitors Association of New England (TSEA of NE) and the Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Association (EACA).
If you or your company is interested in sponsoring this or any of the RSMGC events, please contact Sharon Bingham at 800-342-1482 or Jim Wurm at 541-317-8768.
