5th Annual EDPA Bowling Event Wins Again for RSMGC Recipients!
The Southeast Chapter of the EDPA sponsored the 5th Annual “Get Out Of The Gutter…For A Good Cause” charity bowling competition and social event on August 11, 2011 at 300 Atlanta in Dunwoody. This year’s event was attended by over 126 EDPA Members and was generously supported by 21 Corporate Sponsors raising much needed financial support for the families supported by the RSMGC.
The event featured 28 teams of 4 bowlers each all competing for the coveted championship trophy. The eight teams with the highest team score qualified to bowl in the championship round which was eventually won for the second year in a row by one of the five Czarnowski teams who beat the 2nd place team from Nth Degree. The ‘Team Spirit’ trophy was awarded to Blue Sky Exhibits who bowled with two teams of enthusiastic and supportive bowlers all wearing colorful Hawaiian shirts.

Larry Skaar, President of the EDPA SE Chapter, summed up the evening saying, “We are extremely fortunate to have a very close knit exhibit family in the Atlanta area. When one hurts, we all hurt. An event like our bowling tournament brings out the best in everyone. I couldn’t be more proud of the support and spirit demonstrated by each and every participant. We proudly donate the proceeds of this event to the RSMGC.”
The objective of the Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic (RSMGC) is to help families in the exhibition industry who have suffered severe tragedies or facing insurmountable medical expenses. The RSMGC is committed to providing financial and emotional support to all past and present recipients and their families.

Fourth Annual EDPA Bowling Event Wins Again for RSMGC Recipients
The Southeast Chapter of the EDPA sponsored the 4th Annual “Get Out Of The Gutter…For A Good Cause” charity bowling competition and social event on June 17 at 300 Atlanta in Dunwoody. This year’s event was attended by more than 126 EDPA members and was generously supported by 17 corporate sponsors raising much-needed financial support for the families supported by the RSMGC.
The event featured 27 teams of four bowlers each, all competing for the coveted championship trophy.The eight teams with the highest team score qualified to bowl in the championship round which was eventually won by Czarnowski who narrowly beat 2nd place e4 Design. The ‘Team Spirit’ trophy was awarded to Czarnowski’s five lively teams all clad in matching red shirts, who danced, high-fived and cheered triumphantly with every ball thrown. Special thanks go to Ben Power of Zenith Labor Net who won the 50/50 raffle and donated all of his winnings back to the RSMGC.

Southeast Chapter Plans Presentation on Measurement Technology
The Southeast Chapter of the EDPA presents “What Can Exhibit Metrics Do For You?” On March 11th, the Atlanta Area Chapters of EDPA & TSEA invite you to attend an insightful dialogue on how Philips Healthcare is using measurement technology, tactics and expertise to gain insight into their program and make informed strategic decisions. The speaking panel includes Jeffrey Masters, Senior Manager, Global Event Marketing Group, Philips Medical; Skip Cox, President, Exhibit Surveys; and Roger Lewis, Executive Vice President, Alliance Tech. The TSEA and the SE Chapter of the EDPA have joined forces to bring their combined membership a compelling and thought-provoking March meeting.
