A Statement from the Chapter President
The Washington Metro Area is the 4th largest creative economy in the United States. It has an incredible diversity of exhibit enterprise drawing from the Museum, Expo, Event, and Interiors communities. While the EDPA was created by companies that designed and produced, increasingly in our area members either design or produce. Our chapter can be a place where not only do you gather with kindred spirits but also a place to build partnerships with people who offer what you don’t. According to Tom Peters, the new economy will be built one project at a time by people forming teams that embrace diversity, innovation, and ethics. I believe this can be the place to build your local team.
