June Mixer
We are excited that Las Vegas will host this year’s HCEA Annual Meeting at the end of June. What a great opportunity to be able to catch up with some of the friends and colleagues and we don’t get to see very often! This month’s mixer will be a casual event at the B-Bar at the Wynn. Make sure to mark your calendars for Friday, June 24th at 5:30. It will be a cash bar with appetizers provided courtesy of the EDPA Las Vegas Chapter. Bring your friends! Golf Tournament Update
A new date for the EDPA Las Vegas Chapter Golf Tournament has been selected. Please mark your calendars for Friday, August 19th at Rhodes Ranch. This will be right at the end of the summer, allowing everyone to have a great time before heading into what is looking like a very busy fall. We are currently offering advanced pricing that is $135/golfer or $540/foursome. This great price is only available until Friday, July 15th, so don’t delay! Continental breakfast is included prior to the shotgun start, which will be at 7:30 a.m. Awards luncheon will immediately follow the tournament, with a deluxe menu of open grilled items. Las Vegas Chapter Plans Mixer, Golf Classic
TWI Group Inc. will be hosting the EDPA Las Vegas Chapter’s April “Vendor Mixer” on Wednesday, April 21, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. They are located at 4480 South Pecos in Las Vegas; the main cross streets are Pecos/Flamingo. Las Vegas Chapter Looks Forward and Back
The Las Vegas Chapter of the EDPA invites you to join industry peers for continental breakfast, as the EDPA Las Vegas Chapter will be holding its third meeting of 2010 in conjunction with the EXHIBITOR2010 Show on March 17th at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Attendees will hear from John Rose, President of EDPA National, as he updates us on what’s happening at HQ for EDPA, reviews the EDPA economic survey, and shares some thoughts about chapter development. Dave Walens, chairman for the EDPA Foundation, will also be on hand to tell us about what their group has planned for 2010. We would like to thank our attendees for making our February Luncheon another great session of networking among industry peers. Hugh Sinnock of the LVCVA shared some very interesting statistics that show our local market starting to bounce back.
