How to Reserve Exhibit Space
To reserve your company's booth space, please fill out the below booth application and fax to Kelly Koenig at (203) 899-8461 or email it to her at kkoenig@red7media.com. Booth space is not guaranteed and will be assigned on a first come basis. All applications are subject to management approval.
Each exhibiting company will be allowed to reserve up to two 8' x 10' spaces. One draped table and one booth ID sign are provided at no extra charge. Each exhibit is 10' wide by 8' deep, separated by pipe and drape side-rails and back walls. Materials handling, electricity and standard services may be arranged through EXPO Convention Services, our official show contractor.
