EDPA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel, at a special group rate, over the Conference dates. Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible.
Rooms within the block are limited, and are available on a first-come/first-served basis.
Room rate is $179, single or double, plus tax (approx 10%).

Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations by calling toll-free, (800) 438-4373, or by calling the hotel directly at (239) 394-2511. Please identify yourself as part of the Exhibit Designers & Producers Association. A credit card is required to reserve your reservation; card will not be charged until arrival at the hotel.
Regarding the EDPA AC&SS Room Block at the Hotel
It is essential to identify yourself as part of the Exhibit Designers & Producers Association so that you will be placed in the EDPA room block. Booking your room in the EDPA block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for specified number of hotel rooms. If EDPA does not use the specified number of rooms, which can happen when attendees book in other hotels or outside of the EDPA block, the group is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block. We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by booking in the conference hotel and identifying yourself as part of EDPA when making your reservation.
After Monday, November 5, any remaining rooms within the EDPA room block will be released back to the hotel for general sale to the public, at prevailing rates. Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations prior to that date.
Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
In case of cancellation of your guest room reservation, to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax, please contact the hotel by 6pm on date of planned arrival.

The Ft. Myers airport is approximately 50 miles from the Marco Island Marriott. EDPA has arranged for discount airport shuttles from and to the airport. You might be grouped with other EDPA AC&SS attendees, and the maximum wait time is only 15 minutes.
