Glenn brings extensive industry experience through working with GES, Exhibitgroup/ Giltspur, Mice NA, MC2, Hoffman Productions, Nike and Samsung to name a few.
He has over 25 years experience of consistent success in achieving increased revenue, cost control, productivity and delivery of goals. Glenn has proven skills in leading highly skilled, cross-functional teams in design and development. He is responsible for the launch of leading-edge solutions and processes, including Just-in-Time, Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen. He is an effective analyst, problem solver, and excellent communicator.
Glenn has core competencies in Project Planning & Scheduling, Budget Planning & Scheduling, Regulatory Compliance Management, New Systems Design/Development, Supply Chain Management Principles, Team Building/Mentoring & Leadership, Operations & Process Reengineering and Total Quality Management Facilitation.
